External master bus MI2-02M

• This module manages service and control of up to 64 units and data trasmission to a central unit.
• You can connect up to 2 modules MI2-02M to one central unit. Connection is done by communication bus TCL2.
• Address is set by a rotary switch on a module.
• This address must be unique in TCL2 bus.
• It is possible to connect up to two CIB buses to MI2-02M. Each bus can carry up to 32 units of any type.
• Maximal length of lead in the frame of one bus is 550 m with any topology.
• Bus TCL2 can be maximally 300 m long (metallic cable – twisted pair). Regulations for bus RS-485 apply (line topology).
• The module is supplied directly from CIB1 bus.
• In order to supply CIB bus, it is necessary to use bus separator BPS2-02M (BPS2-01M).
• Signalization of state for each bus (operation, error) is signalized by two-colored LED which is located on affront panel.
• MI2-02M in 1-MODULE housing is designed for mounting into a switchboard, onto a DIN rail EN60715.
